Pre-event support –
- Each Solution Partner is assigned a dedicated Account Manager.
- Assistance from the Production Manager (re your input into the event programme) and the Operations Manager (re technical and logistical issues, assistance in meeting selection process).
- Information on all attending delegates several weeks before the event: names, details, personal/company profile, solution requirements.
- Opportunity to invite the delegates for face-to-face meetings prior to the event, set the agendas for the meetings.
- Promotion of your company, services/solutions and individual representatives to each one of the delegates attending the event - this enables the delegates to request face-to-face meetings with you.
At the event –
- Pre-booked meetings with the delegates that either you have invited for meeting or with those who have requested meetings with you.

- Use of hotel 5-star leisure facilities.
After the event –
- Event documentation / catalogue.
- Details for all the delegates.
- Summary of all presentations.
- Opportunity to reserve positions at our upcoming events under special conditions ("early-bird" and "preferred client" discounts, extra benefits, etc).
