Wim HafkampChairman of FI-ISAC.NL Wim is Chairman of the dutch FI-ISAC and initiator of a European equivalent. FI-ISAC.NL, a public-private partnership between Dutch banks and government agencies, aims to prevent cybercrime losses by exchanging lessons learnt on incidents and identified vulnerabilities. Within Rabobank Wim is responsible for the co-ordination of Information Risk Management Strategies and Policies. Besides his work for the FI-ISAC community he is member of leading information security working groups like the Permanent Stakeholders Group of ENISA, the information security workgroup of the Confederation of the Netherlands Industry and Employers, the IT Audit Examination Committee of the University of Amsterdam and a primary contact for the information security forums I-4 and ISF. Jaya BalooUnified Communications and Lawful Interception Specialist at ISACA Jaya Baloo has been working internationally in Information Security for twelve years. Her focus has been on secure network architecture design, and she has completed projects ranging from Lawful Interception, Deep Packet Inspection, and VoIP Security to designing national MPLS infrastructures and ISP architectures. She has worked for a number of telecom providers, KPN and France Telecom among others, and currently works for Verizon Business in the Netherlands where she specializes in Unified Communications and Lawful Interception. David WildeChief Information Officer, Westminster City Council Currently CIO for Westminster City Council, David is driving forward an exciting new ICT strategy based on the principles of customer centric service delivery, a zero infrastructure technology environment and transformational change. David was previously CIO at the London Borough of Waltham Forest, with responsibility for the Council’s access to services strategy, transforming service delivery, all ICT and the Project and Programme management profession. Prior to that David was Head of e-Business and Head of Internal and Electronic Communications for the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (ODPM), where he was responsible for development and delivery the ICT strategy and service management, e-government and internal and electronic communications strategies and operations.
